I think i have constipation cause it’s hard to poo, I did poo some in the afternoon but it was hard.. Now i feel i need to poo more but i cant, any good home remedies ? I dont wanna go to the doctor:), sry for language just makes me express my question better.

Warm up some olive oil into a small bowl but not too hot coz you dont want to burn urself. Then dip some cotton into it and rub it over your bottom belly part (ovaries) . You should poop in no time! Also try apricot form tea

Coffee or caffeine loosens you up a bit. Also try psyllium seeds, cascara sagrada (harsh), senna, yellow dock root, etc. Also, many fruits contain seretonin and pectin, both of which will help. Eating a large amount of fruit will do it, apple juice seems to work pretty well if you drink enough. Avoiding meat also helps.
